Tanggungjawab
- Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests & feedback received via the chat, email and calls
- Coordinate customer orders or services with our sales and technical department
- To provide professional services to the company's premium and valued customers
- To maintain customer satisfaction and create value for the organization
- Assist head of department, superior or senior in handling day-to-day administrative functions which is under supervision
- Filter, process, solve and handling customer complaint
- Escalate and close follow up on support request
