Tanggungjawab
  • Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests & feedback received via the chat, email and calls
  • Coordinate customer orders or services with our sales and technical department
  • To provide professional services to the company's premium and valued customers
  • To maintain customer satisfaction and create value for the organization
  • Assist head of department, superior or senior in handling day-to-day administrative functions which is under supervision
  • Filter, process, solve and handling customer complaint
  • Escalate and close follow up on support request
